Join us for a democracy themed, election week hockey game at the Grand Rapids Griffins. Attend the game with fellow CFI Michigan members (and hockey fans). You can purchase discounted Group tickets through CFI – see below for details! For you true hockey fans out there – the Griffins will be playing the Milwaukee Admirals.
Get there early for your chance to participate in the main feature of the night: a bobble-head mock election in which 1,000 McCain and 1,000 Obama bobble-head dolls will be given out to the first 2,000 fans! Each fan will get the chance to pick their candidate and the first presidential candidate to run out of bobble-head dolls will be the “President” for the night.
In addition to the “election”, the event will feature various political, government, and voter support groups joining in on the fun, both on the concourse and in the game.
Buy your tickets today and sit in a reserved section in the lower bowl with other CFI Michigan members and receive reduced ticket prices. You must purchase your tickets by October 15th to guarantee the group rate.
