Description
Pamela Bytner Kilbarger and Lois Robbins of Transition Oakland County will be presenting an introduction to their organization. Transition Oakland County is Oakland County Michigan's own transition town organization. Transition Oakland County is part of a grass-roots movement in response to economic uncertainty, climate change, and the end of cheap oil. Their goal is to generate local interest in discovering and utilizing local community resources to create a more localized, resilient community.
