Join other CFI Michigan members at Equest Center for Therapeutic Riding in Rockford to support this wonderful organization which provides equine therapy for over 120 individuals with special needs each week. We will be doing outside maintenance like raking leaves, cleaning pastures, or unloading hay. Please RSVP to Sue at so Equest will know how many volunteers to plan for.

The mission of Equest is to, "...improve the quality of life through equine-based therapy to physically, mentally, and socially/emotionally challenged individuals." Equest was founded in 1990 and is a member center of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship (PATH) International. Equest is one of three therapeutic riding programs in Michigan that owns its own farm and is the only year-around facility in the area. Equest runs on volunteer power and its volunteers donated over 35,200 hours of service last year!
