CFI Service Committee is participating in the Mayor's 7th Annual Grand River Cleanup. On the heels of the successful Grand River Expedition, the West Michigan Environmental Action Council (WMEAC) and the Grand Rapids Young Professionals (GRYP) want to keep the momentum going to care for our state's largest watershed. Come on out and join WMEAC, GRYP and the mayors of Grand Rapids, Wyoming, Grandville and Walker to spend a morning on the Grand! Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Sixth Street Bridge. The clean-up takes place from 9:30 a.m. until noon. Free food before AND after the event! Please wear long pants to protect against poison ivy and tall weeds, closed shoes and your CFI t-shirt. Additional Details

The Service Committee is a program of CFI Michigan that is working to support CFI’s mission by translating humanist values into action for the common good of humanity. The Committee is working to provide opportunities for members to engage in community service and outreach throughout the year.
