Join us as local Lawyer Kary Love joins us to present a lecture on "Devolution of the American Republic into Empire." Mr. Love will present lessons from history: republics v empires, a comparison of law structures and various social philosophies/ institutions that cause a republic devolve into an empire, and how we can return to a republic.
About the Speaker
Kary Love is a 1977 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. He runs a private practice in West Olive Michigan and concentrates on personal injury, business, civil, constitutional, and disability rights law. He has lectured on and published articles relating to the historical development of the Bill of Rights, the War on Drugs as a War on the Bill of Rights, the USA Patriot Act, and other recent actions in the war on terror and the civil and human rights implications of same.
