Description
There are many lessons we can learn from the myths of ancient and modern cultures, ranging from the profound to the absurd. In this presentation we will explore the mythologies of various cultures around the world and get to know some of the many gods and goddesses worth not believing in.
About the Speaker
Dave Fletcher, professor of Mythology at Kendall College of Art and Design, co-host of Reasonable Doubts and Reality Check, Programming Director for Public Reality Radio, father to five daughters and husband to one wife was raised in the Christian Reformed Church and sent to Christian school where he was outspoken in his conservative politics. Then Dave recieved a college education and rejected both the religion and politics of his youth.
