Description

Ladies,

I would like to personally invite you to join us April 25-27, 2008 for a relaxing weekend retreat on beautiful lake Michigan. Join us for an escape from the stress of modern life and enjoy the company of other freethinking women. We will be staying at the VanOosterhout’s Cottage on Lake Michigan near Mears, MI (about an hour and fifteen minutes north of Grand Rapids). The retreat begins Friday evening and will end midday Sunday.

We invite you to come for as long as you are able. We hope you can join us for the entire retreat, but you are welcome to stay for just one night, or come up for the day on Saturday. We will be setting up a carpool for those interested in sharing the drive.

The cost of this retreat is only $15, and meals are provided. We ask that you bring a snack to share and BYOB.

This is a very relaxed retreat, and the activities are planned by those who are attending. Possible activities might include: baking cookies, yoga and/or meditation, arts/craft or knitting projects, facials, playing board/card games (Bring your favorite!), walks on the beach or in Silver Lake State Park, or whatever else you enjoy.

I hope to see you there,
Jennifer Beahan
